RESOLUTION NO.2010 -146 ADOPTED November 30, 2010
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $153.14
RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH
PROGRAM FROM LORENZO ALEXANDER, ACES FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E.
quadrant of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of $153.14 from Lorenzo Alexander, Aces
Foundation, in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2011 Budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $153.14 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the
amount of $153.14.
