under the CPA
3) Review first draft (if available) of CPC proposal language and numbers for the May
town meeting warrant
4) FYI report from Stuart Snginor of the Community Preservation Organization about
pending legislation to increase state-mntch funding for the CPA
5) Review status of Brewster Housing Plan
b) Distribute memoranda about a) past list of approved Brewster CPC funding AND b)
from Ellen St Sure about historic building priorities.
7) Discuss any other business
