4- Review CPC articles for May town meeting
5- Review ,and if approved, authorize payment of annual fees ($2,500) to the
Community Preservation Coalition. Also update on legislation proposed by the
Coalition to increase and stabilize state-match contributions in future years.
6- Review and, if appropriate, vote on the rewrite by Mike Lach of the Project
