May 13, 2009
Chairman Paul Hush called the meeting to order at 4:40 PM.
Members present were; Jeanne Boehm, Roy Robinson, Elizabeth Taylor, Roland Bassett Jr., Paul
Hush and.
Members not present: Paul Ruchinskas, Elliott Carr and Michael Lach
1. Approval of Minutes of April 22 2009
Motion by Roland Bassett Jr. to approve minutes as corrected
Second by Roy Robinson
VOTE 5-0-0
2A. Revised Administrative Expenses Budget
Change as per discussion at May, 2009 Town Meeting
Motion by Roland Bassett Jr. to change Administrative Expenses budget figure from $44,000 to
$24,000 +/-. Second by Roy Robinson. VOTE: 5-0-0
2. Review Town Meetin4 passing of CPC articles and discuss any follow-uo that may be needed
APPROVED: Skyline ($100,000.)
Need land management plan
Need Conservation restrictions
State portion $350,000
Crosby Mansion ($125,000)
Tennis Courts ($250,000)
Waiting for grant totals
Cemetery ($5,000.)
• Send letter "funding approved" as per their application
• Place something in application/funding regarding reimbursements
• CP3 form online -CPC up to date projects
3. New CPC applications received or known to be expected for November town meeting
• No new applications to date
4) Review any new developments on Cape Rep or Latham projects or buy-down program
