COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
Meeting Minutes
June 10, 2009
Chairman Paul Hush called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
Members present were; Elizabeth Taylor, Paul Ruchinskas, Paul Hush, Elliot Carr and Michael Lach.
Members missing; Jeanne Boehm, Roy Robinson, and Roland Bassett Jr.,
1. Approval of Minutes of May 13, 2009
Motion by Elizabeth Taylor to approve minutes as presented
Second by Paul Hush
VOTE 2-0-3
2. New CPC funding proposals
No new proposals have been submitted
Possible two land acquisitions
3. Status of approved proposals
Crosby Mansion-documentation not yet done(RFQ)
Cemetery- in process of going forward
Tennis Courts- no idea where they stand at this point
Skyline Drive-everything done that is required, on track

4. Update on Housing Proposals
Brewster Woods- not in position to approve anything yet.
Latham- directed to another funding source. May be coming in this next round of applications
Millstone Property-on Sue Leven's agenda.
5. Review Application language
Back to Elizabeth for redo with "track changes", incorporate Paul Ruchinskas changes.
Add Step 5: Final Report with pictures
6. Any other Business
Brewster Historical Society -have they submitted a list of priorities?
