Meeting Minutes
September 9, 2009
Chairman Paul Hush called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
Members present were; Jeanne Boehm, Roy Robinson, Elizabeth Taylor, Roland Bassett Jr., Paul
Ruchinskas, and Paul Hush.
1) Approval of Minutes of July 26 2009
Motion by Roy Robinson to approve minutes as corrected
Second by Roland Bassett Jr.
VOTE 6-0-0
2) _Review and vote on revised CPC application form
POSTPONED until next meeting.
3) Review Article for Town Warrant
To be written by Elizabeth Taylor or Mark Robinson
Will a-mail a copy to all CPC members
Elizabeth Taylor will present to Town Meeting.
4) Other Business
A. Bates Property- any further questions please let Elizabeth Taylor know as it
was short notice on application.
B. Memo from Stuart Saginaw regarding CP1 and CP3-both done
Recalculating monies-discussion of Beacon Hill (increase fee from $25 to $50)
C. Latham amendment- done
D. Housing Plan- submitted to the state, awaiting decision.

Resume regular schedule after the first of the year (SECOND and FOURTH
Wednesday of each month)

F. Meeting with Housing Authority and CPC to discuss "trade-off" with changes
to the original request. To be held within the next 2-3 weeks.
