Martin O'Boyle, Plaintiff, vs. Town of Gulf Stream, and William Thrasher, Defendants, Case No.: 9:14 -cv- 80317 -DMM
(the "Litigation ") at the mediation held on March 25, 2015 regarding the Litigation. PLEASE ADDRESS
AND RESPOND TO THE AFOREMENTIONED REQUEST PRIOR TO ADDRESSING AND RESPONDING TO ANY
OTHER REQUESTS MADE BY THE REQUESTOR AND ANY OF THE PARTIES LISTED ON EXHIBIT A.
