A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE FY2011 GENERAL GUND BUDGET AND MAKING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,495
RESULTING FROM THE RECEIPT OF INSURANCE PAYMENTS FROM
VACO FOR DAMAGE TO GUARDRAILS CAUSED BY VEHICLE
ACCIDENTS
WHEREAS, the Town's Department of Public Works maintains and repairs public roadway
facilities within the Town, including guardrails; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received insurance payments in the amount of $20,495 from VACO
for the repairs to roadside guardrails damaged by vehicle accidents; and
WHEREAS, the insurance payments have been deposited in the Town's General Fund.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
FY2011 General Fund Operating Budget is hereby amended and a supplemental appropriation is made
in the amount of $20,495 for the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
2010 and ending June 30, 2011.
