RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -042 ADOPTED April 12, 2011
A RESOLUTION: APPROVAL OF THE FY 2013 PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL AND
PLANNING PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Town Manager has recommended the creation of a two -year budget process
in the interest of prudent long -range fiscal planning, and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has approved that process, reviewed the Town Manager's
Proposed Budget for Fiscal Years 2012 and 2013, and made adjustments to the Town Manager's
Proposed Budget for Fiscal Years 2012 and 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has adopted the budget for Fiscal Year 2012 by ordinance.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
second year of the FY 2012 -2013 Proposed Budget for the General, Capital Projects, Utilities, and
Airport Funds (the proposed FY 2013 budget) as amended in a straw vote on April 11, 2011, be
approved for fiscal and planning purposes.
