RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -058
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE WAIVER OF FEES FOR THE 2011 LOUDOUN FREE
CLINIC CHARITY RACE
WHEREAS, the 2011 Loudoun Free Clinic Charity Race will take place on Sunday, June 12, 2011,
with all race proceeds benefiting the Loudoun Free Clinic; and
WHEREAS, the race will start and end at Ida Lee Park, while utilizing portions of Morven Park; and
WHEREAS, the event will be staged at Ida Lee Park/Morven Park properties and will require
intermittent traffic disruption to Olde Waterford Road, thus minimizing the impact on the Town; and
WHEREAS, the associated costs and fees for the event are as follows:
Park Rental $500.00
Staffing (PD) $150.00
Application 50.00

Total Cost $700.00
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that Town
associated costs and fees in the amount of $700.00 for the 2011 Loudoun Free Clinic Charity Race are
waived.
