RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -085 ADOPTED: June 28, 2011
A RESOLUTION: SETTING ASIDE AVAILABLE CARRYOVER FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $241,875 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTION TO THE CAPITAL ASSET REPLACEMENT RESERVE
WHEREAS, with Resolution 2010 -072, the Town Council established a Capital Asset
Replacement Reserve of $1,500,000; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Asset Replacement Reserve Program remains in effect as passed
in Resolution 2010 -072, and
WHEREAS, the total contribution to be made in anticipation of Fiscal Year 2012 was
determined at the time of the program's inception to be $241,875.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that at
the recommendation of the Town Manager, the Council set aside $241,875 from the General
Fund for the Capital Asset Replacement Reserve for the routine replacement, renovation, and
repair of General Fund.
