RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -113 ADOPTED September 13, 2011
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF FROM A
DONATION OF $400.00 FROM THE LEESBURG PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E. quadrant of
the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation for a total of $400.00 from the Leesburg
Presbyterian Church in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2012 Budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $400.00 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the amount of
$400.00.
