A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, MAKING
CERTAIN FINDINGS TO RATIFY THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ACTING CITY CLERK
AND THE ACTING CITY TREASURER FOR THE CITY OF McCALL.
WHEREAS, the City Manager is vested with authority to appoint city officers, including
the City Clerk and City Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has appointed Brenna Chaloupka as Acting City Clerk;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has appointed Linda Stokes as Acting City Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is in agreement with these two appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: The appointments of Brenna Chaloupka as Acting City Clerk and Linda
Stokes as Acting City Treasurer, be, and the same hereby are, confirmed and ratified.
SECTION 2: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, this 8th day of May,
2008.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, this 8th day of May,
