A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
TO SIGN EASEMENT DOCUMENTS FOR THE WATER TOWER PROJECT
Whereas, The City recognizes that there is necessary paperwork to complete with any
major project and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that getting the signed
easement for the Water Tower is part of the construction process;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize
the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign the Easement documents for the Water
Tower Project.
On the 13tH day of March, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-041, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN
EASEMENT DOCUMENTS FOR THE WATER TOWER PROJECT and made a motion
for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, 'Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-041, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN EASEMENT DOCUMENTS
FOR THE WATER TOWER PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 13TH day of March, 2013.
