APPOINTMENT TO CARTERET ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy of the Carteret Zoning Board of
Adjustment; and
~HEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make an
appointment to fill said vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
WILLIAM J. KOLIBAS, JR.
is hereby appointed as a member of the Carteret Zoning Board
of Adjustment, term to expire December 31, 1997.
Adopted this 7th day of March, 1996 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on March 8, 1996.
