HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 08-20 Clerk and Park Fee IncreasesResolution No 08-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, ADJUSTING VARIOUS FEES FOR CITY CLERK AND PARKS & RECREATION, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Department Heads in charge of City Clerk and Parks & Recreation Departments of the City of McCall have estimated the cost of providing the enumerated services and the rates required to recover those costs; and WHEREAS, the City complied with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by placing a Public Notice in the Star -News on October 23 and 30, 2008 announcing a public hearing on November 6, 2008 to consider fee increases in the City Clerk and Parks & Recreation Departments; and WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing at the November 6, 2008 Council meeting, as required by law, and considered public comment, and deliberated upon the recommended fee increases; and WHEREAS, at the conclusion of the November 6, 2008 public hearing, the Council directed staff to prepare a resolution adopting the following fee increases. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that: Section 1: The following fee schedule is hereby adopted as the rates for listed services in the City Clerk and Parks & Recreation Departments: City Clerk Department Business License $25.00 Park & Recreation Department Parks Reservation Small Event $100.00 Large Event $300.00 Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect on November 7, 2008.
