carried. Resoultion byFuisman second by Eckhoff' that salary of tom clerk
be $100.00 per month, carried.

Mayor Groninga appointed-Heiko Neessen.and Dick Riekena as Marshalls
water comet. street repairmen, ect.
Motion by Starr second by Eckhoff that salaries of Heiko Neessen not more
than 4$300.00 per month, and Dick Riekena not more than $ 250.00 per month,
carried.
Motion by Luwe second by Tjaden that common labor be paid not more than
1.50 per hour, carried.
Motion by Iluisman second by Luwe that Dr Robert Meyer be appointed town
Health Officer, carried.
Motioby Eckhoff second by Starr that Eldon Huisman be appointed town
attorney, carried.
Motion by Luwe second by Eckhoff that Lester Huisman be appointed Mayor
Pro -Ten, Carr&ed.
Motion. by Eckhoff second by Tjaden that Peoples Saving Bank be Town
Depository for a.sum of not more thah $100,000.00, carried.
Motion by Luwe secondb by Tjaden that regular council meetings be held
on first Monday of each month at 7.300 o-clock, carried.
Motion by Starr second by Luwe to allow bills but to table Estimate no 7,
carried.
