CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 24, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Work Session of October 24, 2016, was convened at 5:30 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Rick Mihalevich in the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present for the roll call:
Present: Branch, Costales Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, Schreiber, Ward,
and Wiseman
Arrived late: Henry (arrived at 5:40 P.M.)
Absent: Prather
A quorum was present.
AMENDMENT OF AGENDA
A motion made by Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilwoman Wiseman, to
amend the agenda to allow comments from the public. The motion was approved
unanimously.
DISCUSSION OF STORMWATER ISSUES
Public Works Director Matt Morasch made a presentation regarding the issue of storm
water. Handouts were provided to the City Council, the public, and for the City Clerk’s
records.
At the conclusion of Mr. Morasch’s presentation, the following person made comments
on the issue:
