RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVMENT PROJECTS IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the CITY of TIFFIN, Iowa will set the date of MARCH 27, 2013 at 6:30 P.M. for
the Public Hearing on proposed Plans, Specifications, Forme of Contract and Estimated Cost for the
Construction of the 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS in and for the CITY of TIFFIN, Iowa.
• DIV 1- Old Town Watermain Improvements
• DIV 2- Deleted due to time constraints
• DIV 3- PCC Island Removal at Roberts Ferry Road
• DIV 4- Parking Lot and Sidewalk at Potter Park
• DIV 5- Roberts Ferry Road HMA Overlay
• DIV 6- Jasper Avenue North HMA Surfacing
• DIV 7- Kimberlite Extension, Parking and Sidewalks
• DIV 8- Parking Lot and Sidewalk West side of Jasper Avenue (Resolution # 2013-005)
• DIV 9- Parking Lot and Soccer Field East side of Jasper Avenue (Resolution # 2013-005)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN,
IOWA:
The date for the Public Hearing on Proposed Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and
Estimated Costs of the aforementioned project is set for March 27,2013 at 6:30 P.M.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 13th DAY OF MARCH 2013.
