A ~ TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSE
FOR THE 1995-1996 LIC~I~SE 'rg~q
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAI;ICAB
DRIVE~i'S LICE~ISE for the 1995-1996 License Term by the following:
MOMAME~ ~ASYOt~PI; and
WI~EllEAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of
the facts stated in the application and recoranends that a Taxicab
Driver's License be granted to Mohamed Elbasyouny for the 1995-1996
License Term.
NOW, TdEI~X}RE, BE ITALY) IT IS HEREBYRESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for
the 1995-1996 License Term to bl~F~Bb~.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 22, 1996.
