HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 72-12381 1 1 RESOLUTION No. 72 -1238 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY TRANSFERRING CUSTODIAN OF PETTY CASH FUND WHEREAS, by Resolution on June 16, 1970, the City Council of the City of Temple City did name Dianna Higdon, Deputy City Clerk, as custodian of the Petty Cash Fund of the City, and WHEREAS, Dianna Higdon has since resigned from the position and WHEREAS, Jane Hill was appointed Deputy City Clerk on September 19, 1972, and has assumed the duties of that position, NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Jane Hill, Deputy City Clerk, be named custodian of the Petty Cash Fund, and SECTION 2. That the fund be reimbursed periodically by checks of the City of Temple City, signed by the Mayor, Treasurer and City Clerk, made out to Jane Hill, custodian of said fund, and SECTION 3. That all records of expenditures be maintained as set forth in Resolution No. 67 -709, adopted March 7, 1967, all subject to periodic audit by the auditor of the City of Temple City. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1972. ATTEST: Deputy City Cierk HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the City Council, City of Temple City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of October, 1972.
