A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
WILLOW RIDGE LC FOR A SUBDIVIDOR'S AGREEMENT
Whereas, Willow Ridge LC has filed with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat for Willow
Ridge, a subdivision to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on attached Exhibit "A",
hereby incorporated, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin approved the preliminary plat for the
Willow Ridge area that is currently zoned: Tract 1: R-4, Tract 2: R-4, Tract 3: R-8, Tract
4: R-8 and Tract 5: R-2;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to have the
Attorneys representing Willow Ridge LC and the City of Tiffin enter into a Subdividor's
Agreement and do now approve the Agreement printed and authorize the Mayor and
City Administrator/Clerk to enter into an agreement to fully execute the necessary
documentation.
On the 24th day of April, ata regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-053, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLOW RIDGE LC
FOR A SUBDIVIDOR'S AGREEMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-053, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLOW RIDGE LC FOR A
SUBDIVIDOR'S AGREEMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 24th day of April, 2013.
