AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
FOR SALE OF MISCELL/~WEOUS ITEMS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has in it's possession
various miscellaneous items; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to authorize the sale of said items;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent
of the Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise
for the sale of said miscellaneous items.
Adopted this 21st day of March, 1996 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on March 22, 1996.
