Dear Mr. Thrasher:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of 3/25/15 at 3:08 p.m. to Records,
which appears to include responsive documents to Our Public Records, LLC's
Request #1077.
A review of the aforementioned E -Mail and the documents provided in response
(see letter from Gulf Stream to Our Public Records, LLC dated March 25, 2015) seem
inadequate. In that connection, I point out the following:
I do not see any documentation, public records or reports in connection with
the Maintenance Building or the Police Station.
2. I do not see any retainer agreements or CV's as referenced in Mr. David
Pedraza's E -Mail to you of February 14, 2014 ® 4:48 p.m.
3. I note that you did not include the response to your E -Mail to
dp @adacomplienceteaminc.com dated March 16, 2015 ® 3:57 p.m. That
document should have been produced.
4. David Pedraza on March 16, 2015 @ 4:41 p.m. sent you an E -Mail which
spoke of the "Police Station's Inspection'. Could you please provide us with
www.commerce- group.com

the Police Stations Inspection Report and all other documents related to
Request #1077 dated 3/20/15?
5. The E -Mail in the prior paragraph speaks of a revised retainer for (what
appears to be) additional work at the Town Hall. Kindly provide us with that
retainer agreement.
6. Please provide us with all retainer agreements, reports and communications
relative to the Maintenance Building.
7. Of course, besides what is listed above, we still are requesting copies of the
records which we initially requested in Request #1077 dated 3/20/15.
We expect to receive these documents from you as soon as possible. Based upon
your letter of March 16, 2015, we know of your willingness to cooperate and it is
much appreciated on this end.
