APPROVING CHANGE OF TITLE FROM CHAUFFEUR TO OMNIBUS
OPERATOR IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has determined that the
correct title for the position of Chauffeur should be Omnibus Operator in the Borough
of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to implement said change; and
WHEREAS, Janet Stark and Jane VanWoeart are now serving in the title of
Chauffeur;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the title of Chauffeur shall be replaced with the title of
Omnibus Operator.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
JANET STARK & JANE VanWOEART
are hereby appointed to the title of Omnibus Operator, effective immediately.
Adopted this 21st day of March, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 22, 1996.
