AWARD OF BID - COMMINUTOR
WHEREAS, bids for a Comminutor were authorized by Resolution #96-33 on
February 1, 1996; and
WHEREAS, bids which were received on March 7, 1996 are as follows:

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to award said bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the bid for a Comminutor is hereby awarded to
FRANK MILLER~ INC.
Adopted this 21st day of March, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 22, 1996.

THIS AGREEMENT, made this 21st day of March 1996

Livingston, N. J. 07039
and the Borough of Carteret, a municipal corporation, having its
principal office at the Borough Hall , 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey, 07008, hereinafter the "BOROUGH".
As per Resolution No. 9~-86.
