A RESOLUTION' AUTHORIZING ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN
ARCHITECT CONTRACT FOR CONCESSION STAND
Whereas, The City recognizes that to meet Code of Iowa requirements the City must
hire an architect to design the Concession Stand due to the overall estimated cost of the
project and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of7iffin recognizes that the lowest and most
qualified bid was received by Vantage Point LLC in the amount of $3,450;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
authorizing the Administrator/Clerk to sign the necessary documents to complete said
architect documents.
On the 10th day of April, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013-062, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN ARCHITECT CONTRACT FOR'
CONCESSION STAND and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays: Phillips.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-062, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN ARCHITECT CONTRACT FOR CONCESSION
STAND to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 10th day of April, 2013.
