AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR 1996 YEARLY SEWER MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR
EMERGENCY SEWER WORK
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of a yearly sewer maintenance
contract for emergency sewer work for 1996; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to authorize bids for said
services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a yearly sewer
maintenance contract for emergency sewer work for 1996.
Adopted this 21st day of March, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 22, 1996.
