FIRE CHIEF SEARCH COMMITTEE

Attendance: Chris Flavell, Geof Deering, Herb Montgomery, John Dinda, Mike Fitzgerald,
Bud Noyes,
Absent: Ralph Ingegneri
1830: Meeting commences.
1831: Chairman advises Ralph Ingegneri unable to attend; he has Mr. Ingegneri's finalized top 10 and is
prepared to present them to the committee on his behalf.
1835: Executive session to discuss candidates.
1950: Executive session concludes. Motion to invite BOS representative to attend next meeting,
seconded (Fitzgerald/Noyes) Passes 6-0-0) Chair to invite BOS rep.
1958: Next meeting scheduled December 22, 2009 at 1830.
2000: Motion to adjourn, seconded (Flavell/Deering) voted (6-0-0) passed.
2001: Meeting Adjourns
