A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION FROM
A DONATION OF $442.80 FROM THE LEESBURG PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH TO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation in the amount of $442.80 from the Leesburg
Presbyterian Church in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2013 Parks and Recreation Budget is hereby amended, and an
appropriation is made in the amount of $442.80 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending
June 30, 2013.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget is amended in the amount of
$442.80.
