A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE TOWN OF LEESBURG HOLIDAY SCHEDULE TO
INCLUDE THE FULL DAY OF DECEMBER 24, 2012, AND INCLUDE
THE FULL DAY OF DECEMBER 31, 2012
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg Personnel Procedures Manual specifies a half day of
paid leave for December 24th and closure three hours early on December 31St, when it falls on a
weekday; and
WHEREAS, Commonwealth of Virginia and the County of Loudoun have granted
December 24, 2012 and December 31, 2012 as paid holidays.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
2013 Holiday Schedule for the Town of Leesburg is hereby amended to include an additional half
day on Monday, December 24, 2012 and an additional four hours on Monday, December 31, 2012.
