A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE FY2013 GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND MAKING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,251
RESULTING FROM THE RECEIPT OF INSURANCE PAYMENTS FROM
and
VML FOR REPAIR TO TOWN VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the Town's Department of Public Works maintains and repairs Town vehicles;
WHEREAS, the Town has received insurance payments in the amount of $21,251 from VML
for the repairs of Town vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the insurance payments have been deposited in the Town's General Fund.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The FY2013 General Fund Operating Budget is hereby amended and a supplemental
appropriation is made in the amount of $21,251 for the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013.
