COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JUNE 5, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of June 5, 2017, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin announced that due to a conflict in schedule, Evan Rackers would not be
able to attend tonight’s Regular meeting to be recognized for winning the “Mayor’s
Choice Award” for this year’s Sketch Day event.
Mayor Tergin asked if the Council would be willing to add Mr. Gary Wilbers as an
“Invited Guest” to make a presentation about Special Olympics Of Missouri (“SOMO”).
Councilman Hussey stated he planned to leave Bill 2017 -9 (placing items on ballot) on
the Informal Calendar.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
