AUTHORIZING TAX ASSESSOR TO FILE TAX APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor has identified certain lots and blocks within the
Borough whereby corrections to the assessment shall be made; and
WHEREAS, it is the obligation of the Tax Assessor to correct said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tax Assessor is hereby
authorized to file tax appeals for the following parcels:
Block 41 Lot 3
Block 502 Lot 2
Block 103 Lot 9
Block 144 Lots 10 & 13
Block 260 Lot 9
Adopted this 21st day of March 1996
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on March 22, 1996.
