Sculpture Dedication to Be Held at Raflo Park
Leesburg, VA (July 10, 2020) – Please join Mayor Kelly Burk and Town Council Members in
celebrating the latest installation of ArtsPARKs at Raflo Park.

The Raflo Park sculpture garden, ArtsPARKs, is a collaboration between Leesburg Commission
on Public Art and the Friends of Leesburg Public Arts. The first two-year sculpture installation
was unveiled in July 2016. The new sculptures ("Heart" by m.l. duffy, "Circle with Birds &
Flowers" by Sally Myers, "Kintsugi Heart" by Kim Kim, "Sun Flower" by Alyssa Imes, and
"Welcome, the Iconic Hand" by Brian Kirk) will be on display through June 2022. Each artist has
been invited to attend the event and will be available to discuss their work. Light refreshments
will follow the dedication with social distancing in place. Sponsors of the 2020 ArtsPARKs
display include the Rotary Club of Leesburg, Larkin Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo
Advisors, Keene Enterprises, and Friends of Leesburg Public Arts.
