Leesburg Town Council to Hold Special Meeting to Interview
Town Attorney Candidates
Leesburg, VA (July 10, 2020) – Mayor Kelly Burk has called a special meeting of the Town
Council for the purpose of interviewing candidates for Town Attorney.
WHAT: Leesburg Town Council Special Meeting
WHEN: Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
Friday, July 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
WHERE: Leesburg Town Hall

The Town Council convene the special meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, and
immediately will enter a closed session to meet with staff, consultants, and applicants. Council
will adjourn the meeting until July 17 at 10:00 a.m., at which time it will reconvene, remaining
in closed session. At the conclusion of the July 17 meeting, the Town Council will certify the
closed session before finally adjourning the special meeting.
