A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FROM A DONATION
OF $250 FROM THE OPTIMIST CLUB OF LEESBURG TO THE
DEPARMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION FOR THE COMMUNITY
OUTREACH PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the N.E. quadrant of
the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation for a total of $250.00 from the Optimist Club of
Leesburg in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The FY 2013 Budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $250.00 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program budget is amended in the amount of $250.00.
