No Trash, Recycling, or Yard Waste Collection in Leesburg on
September 7th Labor Day Holiday
Leesburg, VA (August 28, 2020) – There will be no trash, recycling, or yard waste collection in
the Town of Leesburg on Monday, September 7, 2020.
Due to the Labor Day holiday, all collections will be shifted by one day, including commercial
customers. The revised schedule for trash and recycling collection is:
Monday, September 7th – No collections
Tuesday, September 8th – Northwest and Town-wide yard waste collection
Wednesday, September 9th – Northeast, Inside the Bypass
Thursday, September 10th – Northeast, Outside the Bypass
Friday, September 11th – Southwest, plus Meadowbrook
Saturday, September 12th – Southeast, except Meadowbrook

Town of Leesburg offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2020, in observance of the
Labor Day holiday.
