Veterans Day Commemoration to Take Place at George C.
Marshall’s Dadona Manor
Leesburg, VA (November 10, 2020) – The public is invited to attend the annual Veterans Day
Commemoration hosted by the George C. Marshall International Center (GCMIC), the
Town of Leesburg, and Loudoun County.

This event is free and open to the public. Guests are asked to wear a mask and practice social
distancing. RSVPs are required. This year’s speaker is Rear Admiral Thomas C. Lynch ‘64, USN
(Ret.). After a 32-year career of naval service he retired in the rank of Rear Admiral. His naval
service included chief, Navy Legislative Affairs, Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy from
1991 to 1994 and director of the Navy Staff at the Pentagon from 1994 to 1995. To learn more,
