WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough

License f/1201-31-63-001 from premises at 93 Roosevelt Avenue to new premises
at 61 Roosevelt Avenue; and
WHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised
in The Home News & ' · .
Tribune, a newspaper circulated zn the Borough of Carteret
and no viable objections to said transfer were made to the Governing Body;
and
WHEREAS, the application is complete in all respects and the applicant is
qualified to be licensed according to all standards established by Title
33 of the New Jersey Statutes, promulgated thereunder, as well as pertinent
local ordinances and conditions consistent with Title 33·
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County ,of~ ,Mi,ddiesex, State of New Jersey, that A.B.C. License
f/1201-31-063-001 neia my HISPANIC DMVDCRATiC & SOCIAL CLUB OF CAkI'~iET, INC.
to sell alcoholic beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes, rules
and regulations of the State of New Jersey and the ordinances and resolu-
tions, rules and regulations of the Borough of Carteret relating to and
concerning the said license and the Sale of alcoholic beverages at 93
Roosevelt Avenue, be and is hereby transferred to premises located at 61
Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV~I), that two (2) certified copies of this resolution be
sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public Safety,
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing BureaU, CN 087, Trenton,
New Jersey 08625-0087,
Adopted the 21st day Of March, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 22, 1996.
