Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds,
Keith Johnson, Andrew Petty, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director and Tammi Mason,
Administrative Clerk
1. Richard Judd-variance request for 44 Captain Connolly Road
The following variances are being requested:
1. 118' from pond to sas
2. 88' from sas to well
3. 5.5' from tank to foundation
This is currently a 1978 system.
Motion: AP-approve variances with the condition that yearly water samples
are done. JR seconded. 5 yes.
2. Discuss draft regulation for subdivisions
The Board agreed to schedule a public hearing on this proposed regulation
3. Discuss letter from DEP re: Nickerson State Park
Motion: DB-send letter reminding them that Brewster has a 300' from pond or
lake regulation and the Board would be appreciative if they complied
with it. KJ seconded. 5 yes.
4. Discuss Health Director's mid year reviews
JH will do the review.
Peter Johnson from the Brewster Conservation Trust asked to speak about the Taxpayers
Association meeting and about the Sand & Gravel regulation.

Add on's
NI spoke about the scheduled meeting with Town Counsel and others regarding the Trant
property.
NI asked the Board about adding I/A information in the Deed Restriction regulation. The
Board felt it was fine the way it was written.
