AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS THERETO, DESCRIBING THE SAME,
PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION THEREOF, AND FIXING THE TIME
WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the following described territory be annexed
to and declared to be a part of said City of Richmond, Indiana.
Being a part of the Southwest quarter Section 19,
Township 14 North, Range 1 West, Wayne County, Indiana
and described as:

`C CD Beginning at a marked stone, said stone being 98.44
a rods West and 77.50 rods North of the Southeast corner
of the above said quarter section; thence East 951.57
feet to the center of the Williamsburg Pike; thence
Northwesterly along the centerline of said pike to
the point of centerline intersection of Forest Drive;
thence West along the centerline of Forest Drive to a
point, said point being 98.44 rods West and 86.59
rods North of the Southeast corner of the above said
quarter section; thence South 150 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing as area of 2.98A.
SUBJECT T0: The right-o way of Flatley Road, Williamsburg
Pi ec —a-n any easements of record.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions applicable to the
annexation of the aforedescribed real estate in Section 1,
are as follows: That all of the said above described real
estate be annexed into the City of Richmond as M-2 General
Industrial District, as defined and described in Article
35 of the City of Richmond, Indiana Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 3. The terms and conditions applicable to this
annexation, as set forth in Section 2, above, are deemed
just and reasonable.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and
publication as by law required.
PASSED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana
