BREWSTER BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING

l . Lynda Costa-MRC agreement
Postponed until a later date.
2. Ryder &Wilcox-variance request for 670 Run Hill Road
Stephanie Sequin presented this to the Board. The following variance's are being
requested:
1. 249 feet from pond to SAS
2. 227 feet from pond to reserve area
It was brought up that a change to the inlet tee needed to be made on the plan. JH asked
about pressure dozing.
Motion: DB-grant variances with the minor change to plan. AP seconded. 5 yes.
3. Connelly -request to keep existing septic system for addition at 288 Millstone Road
Motion: DB-grant request. AP seconded. 5 yes.
4. Norma Jean Anderson-failure to renew annual food permit
Ms. Anderson did not show up. NI will send a letter to her letting her know that she will
start being fined if she does not renew.
5. June Noll-failure to renew annual barn permit
Ms. Noll stated that she had just forgotten. Payment and renewal were received at the
meeting.

Add on's
The Board asked NI to speak with Sue Leven, Town Planner about her ideas for a
consultant.
The Board asked that NI relay to Jillian Douglass that they would like to have comparable
data sets used when looking at water usage.
