A RESOLUTION: AWARDING OFFICE LEASES TO BEECHCRAFT DOMESTIC
SERVICE COMPANY, ELLIOTT AVIATION INC., AND ALLIANCE
AVIATION MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC FOR OFFICE SUITES IN
THE TERMINAL AT THE LEESBURG EXECUTIVE AIRPORT
WHEREAS, Beechcraft Domestic Service Company, Elliott Aviation Inc., and Alliance
Aviation Management Group LLC have long-established businesses in a private hangar at the
Leesburg Executive Airport; and
WHEREAS, each business now desires to lease office space at the Leesburg Executive
Airport Terminal; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Director and the Town Attorney have approved the issuance of
the leases; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Commission endorsed the three leases at its regular meeting on
May 2, 2013; and
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town Manager is authorized to execute lease agreements in a form acceptable to the Town
Attorney for office space in the Leesburg Executive Airport Terminal with Beechcraft Domestic
Service Company, Elliott Aviation Inc., and Alliance Aviation Management Group LLC.
