RESOLUTION NO. 2013-058 ADOPTED: May 14, 2013
A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE FY2013 GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND MAKING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,371
RESULTING FROM THE RECEIPT OF INSURANCE PAYMENTS FROM
VML FOR REPAIR TO TOWN PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Town's Department of Public Works maintains and repairs Town property;
and
WHEREAS,the Town has received insurance payments in the amount of$28,371 from VML for the repairs of Towxi property; and
WHEREAS,the insurance payments have been deposited in the Town's General Fund.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
FY2013 General Fund Operating Budget is hereby amended and a supplemental appropriation is made
in the amount of$28,371 For the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
2012 and ending June 30, 2013.
