AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY RENEWAL PROGRAM FOR RICHMOND, INDIANA.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
Section 1: Designation. This Ordinance shall be known as the Community Re-
newal P an for the City of Richmond.
Section 2: Physical Renewal. The City Council and other governing bodies
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Richmond shall be
guided by and give consideration to the general policy and pat-
tern of development as setforth in the Physcial Renewal section
of the Community Renewal Program.
Section 3: Economic Renewal. The City Council and other governing bodies
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Richmond shall be
guided by and give consideration to the general policy and pat-
tern of economic growth as setforth in the Economic Renewal sec-
tion of the Community Renewal Program.
Section 4: Social Renewal. The City Council and other governing bodies
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Richmond shall be
guided by and give consideration to the general policy and pat-
tern of the Social Renewal element of the Community Renewal Pro-
gram.
Section 5: General Renewal. The City Council and other governing bodies
within the Corporate Limits of the City of Richmond shall be
guided by and give consideration to the general policy and pat-
tern of development as setforth in the general element of Com-
munity Renewal Program.
Section 6: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
