BREWSTER BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING
TUESDAY, APRIL 28, 2009 AT 7:OOPM
TOWN HALL, ROOM B
Present: Joanne Hughes, Chairman, Dan Brightman, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds, Keith Johnson,
Andrew Petty, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director and Tammi Mason, Senior Department Assistant.
1. Minutes from 4/ 14/09
Motion: KJ-accept minutes as written. DB seconded. 5 yes.
2. Update on Health Director's objectives
1. Proposed Shared Septic System regulation-this is a work in progress
2. Proposed Sand & Gravel regulation-the board asked that this be put off until next meeting
3. Emergency Planning-keeping up to date, NI gave a brief update

NI spoke about Ocean Edge WWTF and about the comments from Wright Pierce.
Motion: JR- BOH approved the extra testing. AP seconded. 5 yes.
NI asked about the May meetings. Town meeting is the first Tuesday and elections
no meetings can be held. The Board agreed that have one meeting on May 12th. /
