1. Brewster Scoop-food application to move business to 1929 Main Street
Mr. Boyd, owner of business was present.
Motion: DB-grant permit with Inspector's conditions. AP seconded. 5 yes.
2. Darroll Gustamachio-138 Old Chatham Road-request for septic system
Motion: AP-approve request to install a four bedroom septic system with a deed
restriction. DB seconded. 5 yes.
3. Discuss Planning Board application for Gull's Way
Noted
4. Update on Health Director's objectives
1) Shared Septic System Regulation-Board tabled this discussion due to questions and other issues.
2) Sand & Gravel Mining Regulation-Board signed.
