DB seconded. 5 yes. Motion: JH-nominated DB for vice chairman. AP seconded. 5 yes. The Board will discuss who will be on the different committee's at a later date. East Cape Engineering-variance request for 692 Tubman Road Chris Wickson presented this to the Board. The following variances are being requested: 1. 5' +/- to the 10' required setback for proposed sas to property line 2. 8' +/- to the 20' required setback for proposed sas to foundation wall Motion: AP- approve variance request pending Conservation Commission approval and Environmentally Sensitive Area conditions applying. DB seconded. 5 yes. 2. Breakwater Fish &Lobster-request for picnic tables Motion: DB approve request contingent on a passing septic system inspection. AP seconded. 5 yes. 3. Minutes from 5/ 12/09 meeting Motion: DB-accept minutes as written. JR seconded. 5 yes. 4. Update on Health Director's objective #1-Shared Septic System Regulation The Board tabled this discussion until NI could provide them with more information. 5. Discuss Sand & Gravel Mining Permit application There were questions from the Health Dept. staff on this application. The Board agreed to a fee of $100 for the initial application and $25 for a renewal. Each application should come before the Board of Health and applications must be renewed annually.
