June 30, 2020 5:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall and Zoom
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the join meeting to order at 5:03 PM; upon roll by Clerk-Treasurer
Lynda Dunbar the following were present: Mark Hammer, Adam Cohen, Stacie Langdon,
Veronica Pejril, Cody Eckert (ZOOM), Dave Murray and Jake Widner
II. New Business
A. Street Closure Review and Determination- Larry Dickerson - Motion by Adam Cohen to
remove the tabling of the street closure, second by Veronica Pejril, 7-0, motion carried.
Andrew Ranck and Larry Dickerson were given the opportunity to state their positions.
Motion by Jake Winder to close all discussions, second by Adam Cohen, 6-0, Stacie
Langdon abstained since she works for Putnam County Comprehensive Services and
works for Andrew Ranck, motion carried. No change to the original street closure passed
at the last council meeting on June 11, 2020.
Ill. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m. upon a motion of Dave Murray with a second by Mark
Hammer, 7-0, motion carried.
